Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vextrix3D website and services. By creating an account, submitting files, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Model Submission Policy, Refund & Reprint Policy, Shipping Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, Design Work Policy, and Material Safety Disclaimer. Where policies conflict, these Terms take precedence unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Vextrix3D provides on-demand FDM and SLA 3D printing and related services. You may submit digital 3D files for manufacturing subject to these Terms and our published policies.

Some services are design rather than manufacturing - modelling from a sketch, repairing a file, reverse engineering a part, or preparing a model for printing. That work may be carried out by an independent designer engaged through the platform rather than by Vextrix3D directly, and every designer's identity is checked against a government-issued document before they are given access to a customer's model. Our Design Work Policy governs how such work is arranged and conducted, and both you and the designer are bound by it.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order or service request that is unlawful, unsafe, violates intellectual property rights, or breaches our policies.

Orders are accepted only after full payment is received. All prices displayed are for custom manufacturing services and may include printing, basic post-print inspection, and packaging unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice. Custom quotes may apply for complex, large, or specialised jobs. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and additional services are calculated at checkout.

Where design work is arranged with a designer through the platform, Vextrix3D charges a fee on that work, which is included in the price quoted to you. Payment for such work is made to Vextrix3D through the platform and not to the designer directly - see our Design Work Policy.

Because items are custom-made, orders may only be cancelled or modified before the printing or post-processing stage begins. Once production has started, cancellations, changes, or refunds are not guaranteed and may incur fees.

You may not submit designs intended to produce weapons, weapon components, illegal items, counterfeit goods, or content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination.

Vextrix3D may refuse to print any design that presents a legal, ethical, or safety risk, without obligation to provide a detailed explanation.

Vextrix3D performs reasonable quality checks and will address verified manufacturing defects in accordance with our Refund & Reprint Policy.

Printed parts are supplied “as-is” and are not certified for medical, safety-critical, load-bearing, or regulated applications unless explicitly agreed in writing. We make no guarantees regarding fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vextrix3D shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, misuse of printed parts, or failures arising from customer-provided designs.

Where a model or file is produced for you by a designer engaged through the platform, the work is commissioned through Vextrix3D and we remain your point of contact for it. Design work that does not meet the brief accepted in the platform is revised, and refunded if it still does not meet it - our Refund & Reprint Policy sets out the revision rounds, the time limit, and what is covered when a part was printed from a faulty model. Otherwise the limitations in this section apply to design work as they do to printing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
