You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Vextrix3D from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from alleged or actual infringement of intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights related to your uploaded content.

All website content, branding, images, product descriptions, documentation, and other materials provided by Vextrix3D are the intellectual property of Vextrix3D or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reuse such materials without prior written permission.
