Data Deletion Instructions

Vextrix3D allows users to create an account and sign in using supported third-party providers, including Facebook where available.

If you used Facebook or another sign-in provider to access Vextrix3D and would like to request deletion of your personal data, you can contact us using the email address below.

To request deletion of your Vextrix3D account data, please email us at vextrix3d@gmail.com.

Please include the email address associated with your Vextrix3D account so we can identify your account and process your request.

After receiving your request, we will review it and delete or anonymise personal data associated with your account where possible.

Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or order-record purposes. Where data must be retained, we will limit its use to those required purposes.

You can also remove Vextrix3D from your Facebook account by opening Facebook settings, going to Apps and Websites, selecting Vextrix3D, and choosing Remove.

Removing the app from Facebook may stop future access through Facebook Login, but it does not automatically delete all data already stored by Vextrix3D. To request deletion of data stored by Vextrix3D, please contact us using the email address above.
