From Prototype to Early Production
01
Idea Validation
Turn provided 3D models into physical parts so the product can be reviewed, handled, and tested.
02
Prototype Iteration
Print revised versions quickly to test fit, assembly, ergonomics, and practical use.
03
Pre-Production Testing
Manufacture functional parts to check material choice, strength, finish, and real-world performance.
04
Small Batch Launch
Produce low-volume batches for early sales, demos, investor samples, or market testing.
Built for Startup Product Teams
Test the product before committing to expensive manufacturing
Early-stage products often change quickly. 3D printing helps you test real parts, adjust the design, and move towards small batch production without tooling costs.
Vextrix3D manufactures from provided 3D models and helps choose practical materials for the way each prototype will be used.

Why Startups Use 3D Printing
Move faster without tooling
Test product ideas without waiting for injection moulds, supplier setup, or expensive early manufacturing commitments.
Validate before production
Use physical prototypes to check fit, assembly, usability, mounting points, and design risks before investing further.
Ideal for iterations
Small design changes can be printed and tested quickly, helping improve the product before the next stage.
Practical material advice
We review the model and recommend suitable materials based on strength, heat resistance, flexibility, finish, and use case.
Suitable Materials
PETG
Good for general functional prototypes and practical product testing.
ASA
Useful for outdoor prototypes and parts exposed to sunlight or weather.
ABS
Suitable for tougher prototype parts where impact resistance matters.
Nylon
Good for stronger mechanical parts, clips, brackets, and moving components.
Resin
Best for small detailed visual parts, presentation models, and fine features.
Important Limitations
We manufacture from provided 3D models and do not currently provide product design, CAD modelling, or reverse engineering services.
3D printed prototypes are useful for validation and early production, but they may not replace certified, safety-critical, high-temperature, pressure-containing, or heavily loaded production parts.
